George Town Street View: Larut Road

Larut Road (Jalan Larut) is a rather short road in George Town that connects to several other streets such as Argyll Road, Hutton Lane, Anson Road and Burma Road. The road was built in the 19th century and named after Larut, a district of the state of Perak, which used to be famous with tin mines.
