Larut Road (Jalan Larut) is a rather short road in George Town that connects to several other streets such as Argyll Road
, Hutton Lane
, Anson Road and Burma Road. The road was built in the 19th century and named after Larut, a district of the state of Perak, which used to be famous with tin mines.
