Penang Street Art (The Bun Seller)

As a recent addition to Penang’s famous street arts, the Chinese ‘Pao Seller’ or Bun Seller art mural is painted at the side wall of Wil House, a hotel boutique converted from the old Great Shanghai Dry Cleaning shophouse located along Leith Street, George Town. This art mural depicts an old Chinese man selling the pao (or Chinese buns) from a wooden stall back then with just a fraction of the prices these days.

Another new steel rod art sculpture located at Love Lane. This steel rod caricature is newly installed as compared to the one on the opposite side, and it depicts how Love Lane is presently also a popular street known for its budget inns.

Penang Street Art (The Lucky Cat Mural)

Yet another cat mural located further down the road from the Giant Cat and Giant Rat murals along Armenian street. This cat mural is part of the 101 Lost Kittens project by by a local artist, created in conjunction with the George Town Festival 2013.
