Various figurines which light up at nights including the 12 Chinese animal zodiacs and the Monkey King can be found at the Esplanade in George Town as Penang ushers in the 2016 Chinese New Year, also the Year of the Monkey.
Penang Street Art (‘Earth and Environment’ Murals)
A series of art mural or paintings on the back of the walls of Hutchings School, George Town which seem to touch on nature and environmental topics. These murals can be found at the back alleys of Stewart Lane or if one walks towards the end of Argus Lane from Love Lane.

Penang Street Art (Edelweiss Cat Mural)
This wall mural artwork can be found behind the building of Edelweiss Cafe at Armenian Street. It is part of the 101 Lost Kittens project by local artist Tang Yeok Khang along with his two friends, Natthaton Muangkliang from Thailand and Louise Low from Kuala Lumpur (known as Artists for Stray Animals).
