Bazaar Ramadhan @ Bayan Baru

The Bazar Ramadan in Bayan Baru, Penang, is one of the largest and most popular Ramadan markets in the area. Held annually during the holy month, this bustling bazaar draws crowds looking for delicious local food to break their fast. It’s located near the Bayan Baru market and Masjid Umar Al Khatab, with stalls opening as early as 4 p.m.

SETIA SPICE Rooftop Garden and Park

 

SETIA SPICE Rooftop Garden and Park is a landscaped garden rooftop of the SETIA SPICE Convention Centre which also features a large outdoor space, mini gardens and children playground. Admission to the rooftop garden is free and it is open to the public currently.

Developed by SP SETIA, the Subterranean Penang International Convention and Exhibition (or more commonly known as SPICE) is a huge integrated complex of various convention and exhibition facilities as well as featuring large event halls and an aquatic centre. SETIA SPICE is located at the Bayan Baru area in Penang.

The MYR 3 million Sri Visalatchi Sri Vishwanather Temple (Sivan Temple), believed to be the biggest Sivan temple in the northern region, is the latest attraction of the Hindu religious enclave in Bayan Baru, Penang. The Hindu temple is located next to the Charismatic Church of Penang and the Than Hsiang Buddhist Temple.
