A large mural painted by Canadian street artist Emmanuel Jarus depicting a boy having a bowl of cendol, a popular traditional dessert in Penang. This mural is the artist’s second artwork, with the first being the “Looking Up” mural painted on the wall of 1st Avenue mall, George Town.
This art work in Keng Kwee Street can be found right at the spot where Penang’s famous Teochew Chendul stall is located.


The origin of this Hong Kong Shoe Store located at Kimberley Street, George Town can be traced back to the similar name shop in Muntri Street where Jimmy Choo, the world renowned shoe maker, had his apprenticeship back in the old days.

Another large art mural drawn by Julia Volchkova in Balik Pulau town, Penang. This wall art depicts a woman doing rubber tapping, a process that collects the latex from a rubber tree through an incision made at the bark of the tree. Rubber trees plantations are common in Malaysia, rubber being of the main exports of the country.
