Stewart Lane: The Alley Cafe
Tucked along the small alley of Stewart Lane beside the famous Kuan Yin Temple in George Town, The Alley cafe is a rather hidden cafe that is popular locally with its churros and cronuts. The cafe itself is actually housed in a former Chinese paraphernalia shophouse called Kedai Gaharu Keat Seang.

George Town Street View: Kampung Kolam

Kampung Kolam is actually used to be a small village that was named after a large granite tank that was present back in the old days of the house of Kapitan Keling. Kapitan Keling was the head of the local Tamil Muslim community during that time and the tank had been supplying water to the poor back then.
Light Street: Bank Negara Building

A street view of Light Street with the Bank Negara (National Bank) at the foreground, and the Penang state court house at the farther end. The Bank Negara building was reportedly built with the Brutalist architecture style in the late 1970s.
