Penang’s Monkey Beach is located at the northwestern tip (Teluk Bahang) of the island and is part of a forested area designated as the State National Park.

There are still many fishermen making a living along the coast of the Penang island. The island is located on the Straits of Malacca with easy access to the Andaman sea, making it an ideal place for fishery activities.
