George Town Street View: Five Foot Way

Walway

Five Foot Ways are public spaces in front of most pre-war townhouses in George Town. An unique architectural design on its own, Five Foot Ways roughly describes the width of the walking passage though this may not necessarily be accurate as some passage ways may be wider or more narrow.

Campbell Street: Moustache Houze

Established since 2013, Moustache Houze is one of the several cafes located along Campbell Street (towards the end of the street, right before the old market). As what its name suggests, the cafe features the moustache theme and one of its specialties is its Espresso Ice Cube drinks (something similar to the drink from The Loaf). There is also a mural painted within the interior of the cafe.

Stewart Lane: The Alley Cafe

Tucked along the small alley of Stewart Lane beside the famous Kuan Yin Temple in George Town, The Alley cafe is a rather hidden cafe that is popular locally with its churros and cronuts. The cafe itself is actually housed in a former Chinese paraphernalia shophouse called Kedai Gaharu Keat Seang.
